This is a pretty house on one level, and with an elevated setting has spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.
The house was built in 2006 and has everything you need for your self catering holiday. There are 3 double bedrooms, all with double beds, and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is an additional shower room and bathroom.
The kitchen opens on to the patio that runs along the full length of the house. The kitchen is fitted with gas hob, electric oven, fridge & freezer. It has space for a kitchen table and chairs and is fully equipped.
The large living room has seating for 6 people and has Satellite TV. From here, there are patio doors out on to the front terrace. For stays during the winter months, the house has a log fire and central heating.
The village of Vinho is approx. 700m away, and the small market town of Coja is only a 5 minute drive. Coja has all the shops you may need; butchers, bakers, grocery stores, banks and a Post Office, as well as restaurants and bars. Further afield, about 12km, is the district town of Arganil, where you will find 2 large supermarkets, shops and restaurants and has a large market each Thursday morning.
The nearest river beach is at Barril de Alva or at Coja. Both have clear waters where you can swim, or just take the sun.
The house is cleaned once a week and all linens are provided. Please note, there are no beach towels provided.
A 20% deposit is required to hold the booking, with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am to allow for cleaning of the house for the next guests.
