3 bed House with pool & beautiful views 
Quinta de Candosa is set in an elevated position with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside above the village of Vinho approx. 2kms from the ancient market town of Coja.
The holiday property adjoins the main house but is completely separate with its own entrance and private garden area. The large swimming pool has spectacular views out to the mountains. There are tables and chairs and some sun loungers and a shower and toilet are also to be found at the end of the pool.
There is a private patio and BBQ area with table and chairs but you may have use of the main house patio and BBQ if you prefer and it is not otherwise used. There is a living room with satellite TV and sofa bed and with a kitchenette providing everything that you require of a self catering holiday. The utility room has a washing machine that can be used on request from the owners.
A bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower is on the ground floor with access from the ground floor only. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor one with double bed and ensuite shower room and the other with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom. A sofa bed is also available on request for an additional charge.
A games room is open for your use with pool table, darts, schula board, books and games. The owner has a small bar on the premises which he will open on request.
The village of Vinho is approx. 700m away, and the small market town of Coja is only a 5 minute drive. Coja has all the shops you may need; butchers, bakers, grocery stores, banks and a Post Office, as well as restaurants and bars. Further afield, about 12km, is the district town of Arganil, where you will find 2 large supermarkets, shops and restaurants and has a large market each Thursday morning.
The nearest river beach is at Barril de Alva or at Coja. Both have clear waters where you can swim, or just take the sun.
A 20% deposit is required to hold the booking, with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am to allow for cleaning of the house for the next guests.
