This holiday villa stands on The Ridge approx. 1.5kms from the village of Vinho and 4kms from the market town of Coja. It has spectacular views from the large sun terrace where you can catch the suns rays all day.
The lounge has free view satellite TV with a DVD and video, there is also a CD/radio, and an open fire for the cooler months. There is comfortable seating for 8 people including a sofa bed.
There are 3 double bedrooms. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and a double bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has 2 single beds. The separate bathroom has a bath with shower over and there is a further separate W.C.
The fully fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc and the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A dining table that seats 8 is in the kitchen.

Outside there is a large terrace with a BBQ and furniture for dining outdoors.
A 20% deposit is required to hold the booking, with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am to allow for cleaning of the house for the next guests.
