This lovely stone barn has been sympathetically converted to make a beautiful self catering property in the pretty village of Barril de Alva , approx. 2 kms fro Coja in central Portugal . 
The cottage has a tastefully furnished sitting room with satellite TV, fireplace, books etc and comfortable seating.
The fully fitted kitchen has everything that you need for a self catering holiday. There is an oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine etc, there is also a dining table and chairs.
There are 2 twin bedrooms, one has an ensuite bathroom and both with fitted wardrobes and heaters for the cooler months. There is 
also a separate shower room with toilet.
Outside there is a grassed garden with decking overlooking the pond. A covered area has outside dining furniture and a BBQ.
The Dutch couple who own the Quinta have installed a swimming pool which is for the use of themselves and guests which you have complete access to, there is also a washing machine in a separate building which you have access to.
Air conditioning in the summer is available on request with the agreement of the owners.
A 20% deposit is required to hold the booking, with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am to allow for cleaning of the house for the next guests.
