This lovely house was renovated in 2011 and is situated in the mountain village of Bocado , 7kms from Arganil in beautiful Central Portugal . There are wonderful views from the front terrace and spectacular sunsets at night!
There are 3 double bedrooms 2 with a double bed and a smaller twin bedroom, all have wardrobes. There is a separate shower room with toilet and bidet. 
The lounge has a wood burning stove for the winter months, TV, seating for 6 people and a sofa bed. There are also some books and games.
The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for self-catering with a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board etc. and has a table and chairs for 6.
Outside is a large terrace with a BBQ and outdoors furniture for dining in the open whilst enjoying the spectacular views.
The house is approx. 50 kms from the ancient city of Coimbra with good connecting roads and takes approx. 45 mins to drive from there. The airport at Porto is approx. 150kms and the airport at Lisbon is approx. 200kms.
There are lots of River Beaches in the area where you can swim or relax by the clear waters, a perfect place to come and unwind!
A 20% deposit is required to hold the booking, with the balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
Arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am to allow for cleaning of the house for the next guests.
