The living area is open plan with a large sitting room and comfortable seating for 8 people including a sofa bed, an open fire for the winter months, TV with free view satellite, DVD and video, Radio/CD. 
The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 people. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a further w.c.
Outside is a large swimming pool 12x5ms and sun loungers with outdoors dining furniture. The pool house has a bar and gas BBQ.
The house has gas central heating for the winter months.
